A LITTLE ABOUT THE DISTILLERY…


Doc Herson's Natural Spirits, grew Organically from a Hobbyist distillery in a Harlem Basement into being available from all craft enthusiasts. Their products are made entirely from scratch, using 100% all natural ingredients - starting wtih fermenting grains from Upstate New York before crating uniquely balanced and layered spirits.

Green Absinthe, A modern take on the classic green Absinthe, with tasting notes of fennel, green anise, grand wormwood and fresh mint.

Amaro Bitters Liqueur, A contemporary amaro with tasting notes of Turkish Rhubarb Myrtle Leaf, Bitter Orange and Black Cardamom. 

You’ll get enough of each to taste them on their own, and in the drinks!

This event will be recorded. Full participation is encouraged, but attendees are welcome to turn off their cameras for privacy.

Ticket includes: Entry to the virtual event, cocktail kit (which will include all ingredients needed to make each cocktail twice, with extra craft syrups, & the Exceptional Cask pour), recipe cards, recipe e-booklet, and a recording of the event.

Must be based in the continental US to receive package. Must be 21+ to purchase.
