About Inspired Spirits

Inspired Spirits is made up of two endlessly curious, cocktail-slinging, spirit nerds: Seth Gibbs & Emily Peters.

Both Seth and Emily are hospitality industry veterans who have created cocktails and helped build spirit brands throughout the US. They’ve developed cocktails from national, fast-casual, chain restaurants to small, Michelin-rated fine-dining establishments, as well as large events such as The Metropolitan Opera, New York Wine and Food Festival, Tales of the Cocktail and many more.

They first started Inspired Spirits by hosting craft cocktail pop-ups in NYC, which pivoted to online classes in 2020. They hosted numerous virtual happy hours, cocktail classes, and authored an 8-unit cocktail course. They helped educate the average person with no bar background on how to make delicious craft cocktails in their own home. In 2021, Seth & Emily shifted their focus to helping bars and restaurants get back on their feet. Since then, they’ve helped numerous bars, restaurants, and independent spirit brands with seasonal cocktail menus, brand activation events, and bartender education.
